Thomas W. Waite, DDS
Dr. Thomas Waite graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in 1969. He has been in practice for over 45 years and has completed advanced training in several areas of dental care, including aesthetic dentistry, BOTOX® for dentistry, and advanced restorative (face). Dr. Waite continues to update his education in the dental field several times every year and is a member of a number of prestigious professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantology (Fellowship status), American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American College of Implant Dentistry, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He wants and has always wanted to give his patients the finest oral care possible in a caring, personal environment.
Dr. Waite has a wonderful family, which includes a son and daughter and four fun grandchildren. Away from the office, he is an avid golfer and enjoys stained glass work.
David J. Trebisovsky, DDS
Dr. David Trebisovsky earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in 1982. Before attending dental school, he earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in 1978. While he has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years, Dr. Trebisovsky stays up to date on continuing education in all aspects of dentistry, especially orthodontics, endodontics, and aesthetic dentistry. He has been a member of the American Dental Association since 1982, and he is also a member of the International Association for Orthodontics.
Dr. Trebisovsky and his wife, Connie, have four children and four grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys spending a lot of time with family, as well as golfing and coaching baseball. He enjoys the change of seasons in Minnesota, but he wishes the winter could be several months shorter!
